Our mission<\/span> is to provide a supportive environment where members can share resources, exchange ideas, and reach out into the community as a united membership. We aim to promote excellence in counselling\n and psychotherapy training through mutual support, shared knowledge, and collective expertise.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2026, we believe that by working together, we can provide a more comprehensive and effective training experience for our respective students. All of our members are experienced therapists with a variety of professional backgrounds,\n interests and qualifications.<\/p>\n

Each member of the collaborative is responsible for delivering their own training programmes, but we work together to ensure that our students receive a well-rounded experience that covers all aspects of counselling and psychotherapy\n at their chosen level.<\/p>\n

Our training programmes are bespoke and independently designed in-house based on years of experience of the therapy training sector. Collectively, we offer a range of courses, from introductory classes for those who are new to the\n field, to advanced training for experienced practitioners.<\/p>\n

Membership<\/span><\/h3>\n

At the Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Collaborative (CPTC), we believe that group diversity is essential for the experiential training process to meet teaching standards and ethos. We are committed to maintaining a diverse\n and inclusive membership that reflects the broader community we serve.<\/p>\n

To become a member of the CPTC, training providers must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n
